The MHDDA offers a Facade Improvement grant for eligible project for DDA business. The grant is a 50/50 matching grant for up to $10,000. The MHDDA offers a Sign grant for eligible project for DDA business. The grant is a 50/50 matching grant for up to $5000. If you are interested in the sign grant for your DDA area business please review the Guidelines & Application, and contact Giles Tucker at gilestucker@madison-heights.org 

If you are a restaurant owner looking to add beer, wine or spirits service to your business you may be eligible for the redevelopment liquor license, which can be obtained for much less that a privately held Class C Liquor License.  Main Street Oakland County (MSOC) & Flagstar Grant have partnered to create a Placemaking and Façade Grant Program opportunity for Main Street communities in Oakland County. The program is a $2500 matching grant to eligible applicant/projects.
